Here are some pictures from the earliest registration session beginning Thursday evening. People are forming up lines according to first initial of last name. Just before registration gets underway, convention promotor Brian Savage welcomes everyone and introduces the exclusives for the show.

The now-infamous glass display case is always lurking nearby the registration area, displaying the convention exclusive products for the show. Everyone is always excited to get the first look the exclusives! (Note: not pictured is the parachute drop figure, which is another Jungle Viper figure almost, but not quite, identical in color scheme to this year's GI JOE Collector's Club membership figure.)

After completing registration, the sales line opens up to sell the exclusive products and other items. This line is always notoriusly long and slow due to the demand - especially the credit card line! In the picture on the right, relieved collectors who are next-to-first in the sales line - photographer has ran the gauntlet at this point!
